A list of all contracted services (that relate to the bargaining unit work associated with CUPE Locals 569 &1289) with the City of St. John's within each Department. Along with this we request the cost incurred by the City for the utilization of those services, including any change orders which may have been implemented, for the past twelve months ending January 31st, 2016."
