“I wish to obtain a copy of the Torbay Road North Commercial Area Follow-Up Transportation Impact Study. The study was put out to RFP in June of 2015 and awarded to WSP Canada Inc. by the City of St. John's Council in July of 2015. I also wish to obtain details (if any) of any additional costs incurred by the City of St. John's to have this study prepared which are above and beyond the original award of $89,970.60. I understand this study was recently presented to Council or a committee of Council. It should now be a public document.”
