The Urban Municipalities Committee (UMC) is a sub-group of Municipalities Newfoundland Labrador (MNL) and is composed of representatives of urban municipalities throughout the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador.
The UMC meets on a regular basis to address issues that are of mutual concern to more densely populated municipalities.
Deputy Mayor Sheilagh O'Leary is the Council representative for the UMC.
