Passenger traffic at St. John's International Airport reached 1.45 million in 2019. St. John’s welcomed 28 cruise ships in 2019 and hosted 29,503 cruise passengers. The average St. John's hotel occupancy rate increased slighlty to 56.1 per cent in 2019. The average room rate was $132.07 per night in 2019.
