James & The Giant Peach: A New Musical
Best Kind Productions presents Roald Dahl's JAMES & THE GIANT PEACH - A New Musical at Bowring Park's beautiful Cabot 500 Amphitheatre - August 10-13 and 17-20.
When James is sent by his conniving aunts to chop down their old fruit tree, he discovers a magic potion that grows a tremendous peach, rolls into the ocean and launches a thrilling adventure of epic proportions! James befriends a collection of singing insects that help him learn some powerful lessons about family, loss, and the true meaning of "home".
James and the Giant Peach is based on Roald Dahl's classic book and features a wickedly catchy score by Academy Award winning songwriters, Benj Pasek and Justin Paul (Dear Evan Hansen, La La Land), a hilarious book by Timothy Allen McDonald, and stars some of St. John's most incredible young talent!
