Jeremy Jackson
Vice President Marketing & Program Development, Killam Properties Halifax
Jeremy Jackson joined Killam Properties in November 2005 as Vice President, Marketing and Sales. Jeremy has over 30 years of sales and market management experience. Jeremy sits on the board of directors for Shelter Nova Scotia, as well as various regional and national homelessness and affortable housing committees. Jeremy will speak on Killam's success in partnering with community agencies from a housing first model and his experience from commuity, staff and business perspectives.

Julia Von Rhedey
System Planner, End Homelessness St. John's

Julia will speak on End Homelessness St. John's programs designed to meet the needs of individuals and famillies who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of homelessness. She will provide information on partnership opportunities, highlight partnership successes and speak about additional resources.

There will be a chance for Q & A following the presentations.
