Featuring the Atlantic String Quartet, the NSO’s Recital Series presents high quality chamber music. The ASQ includes Heather Kao, Nancy Case-Oates, Kate Read, and Theo Weber. Selections for Recital 2 include Schumann’s String Quartet no. 3, opus 41, A major; Mozetich’s Lament in the Trampled Garden; Divertimento for String Quartet by the NSO’s own Peter Gardner; and Verdi’s String Quartet in e minor.
