"Incorporation, By-Laws and Fiduciary Responsilbities" is the first two-hour session in our four-part fall workshop series: Healthy Board Governance: the Basics, with CSC NL Senior Program Associate Darlene Scott. Board, staff and volunteers will find the series helpful.
We offer a completion certificate and each workshop costs $25.
