Water Pressure

High water pressure:  This is normally caused by a malfunctioning Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) in the home. This is a problem within your home, we suggest you contact a plumber.

Low water pressure - single residence only:  This is normally caused by a malfunctioning Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) in the home. This is a problem within your home, we suggest you contact a plumber.

Low water pressure - more than one residence:  This could be caused by either a water main leak or a malfunction in one of the City's pump stations.  Please immediately call Access St. John's at 311 or (709) 754-CITY (2489).  Access St. John's is available to take your call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
