Access St. John's Storm Services

The City of St. John’s is projected to receive in excess of 60 cm of snow with 120 km winds over the next approximately 48 hours and the Access St. John's call centre will remain open to serve residents with questions or concerns.

Before submitting a request for service to Access St. John's please review our policies and procedures to determine if your concern is in accordance with our snow clearing policy. Please visit us online to find out more about our snow clearing policies and procedures.

All snow clearing concerns are submitted and distributed to our Public Works crews at least twice daily, and are reviewed in accordance with our snow clearing policy. Please note, due to the high volume of calls we receive during a snow event we can not follow up on telephone calls after the initial request.
