City to Announce Budget 2018 on Monday

At the regular meeting of City Council beginning at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, December 11, City Council will share its Budget for 2018. This budget is the final year in the three-year plan announced in December, 2015.

Members of the public are welcome to attend the meeting. The budget announcement and discussion will also be broadcast live on the City’s Facebook feed; highlights will be shared on the City’s Twitter feed; and Rogers TV will broadcast the Council meeting on their community channel. Details of the budget will be posted on the City’s website, following the Council meeting.

2018 is the final year of a three-year budget plan. Early in the new year plans will be announced to begin public engagement in preparation for the next three-year plan, 2019 to 2021.
