City to Open Warming Centre Sunday Morning March 12

Due to power outages throughout the City of St. John’s, the City will open a warming centre at the Foran/Green Room, City Hall, 10 New Gower Street, from at 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sunday, March 12:
The purpose of the warming centre is to provide residents:
- Ability to charge cell phones
- Coffee, Tea and warm beverages
- Opportunity to warm up
Meals and transportation will not be provided.
