Correction: Notice of Assessments

The City of St. John’s recently mailed a portion of the 2020 Notices of Assessment to property owners, showing an incorrect base date of January 1, 2020. The current assessment cycle has properties assessed at their value as of Jan 1, 2017 – the correct base date. If you are in receipt of one of these Notices, please disregard. A new 2020 Notice will be mailed soon with the correct base date.
