Facilities Reopen After Storm

Due to excessive snowfall and the demand on snow clearing operations, the H.G.R. Mews Community Centre and Wedgewood Park Recreation Centre will delay opening until 9 a.m. On Saturday, Jan. 12.

The Robin Hood Bay Waste Management Facility, which was closed yesterday due to inclement weather, has now reopened.

The Residential Drop Off will be open today from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Landfill hours have been extended for commercial users and the site will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Household Hazardous Waste Depot will have a delayed opening, but will resume operations at 9 a.m.
