Fire Prevention Week Parade October 7
The St. John’s Regional Fire Department (SJRFD) wishes to remind all citizens once again that they will be holding a parade in recognition of Fire Prevention Week, October 8 to 14.
This parade heralds the annual kick off of Fire Prevention Week and provides the general public with the opportunity to view the many vehicles of the various essential services serving the citizens of our jurisdiction.
The parade will commence at 10 a.m. on Saturday, October 7 at the parking lot of the Justina Centre, 108 Outer Cove Road, Logy Bay-Middle Cove-Outer Cove. The parade will travel through the municipalities of Logy Bay-Middle Cove-Outer Cove, St. John’s, Mount Pearl, Goulds and Paradise, and the parade will terminate at Mount Pearl Fire Station located on 8 Olympic Drive.
