Goulds Sewer Lining and Rehabilitation

Starting in June the City will begin excavation and exploratory work to rehabilitate the sanitary sewer in Goulds. Work will continue for several months as the sewer system will be lined with cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) technology to reduce maintenance issues and improve service.

The exact areas affected are Clearview Street (civic 17 to Keith Drive), Della Drive, and Keith Drive (civic 51 to 93). Residents in these areas will be notified by mail with details about the project. Traffic interruptions and delays will be experienced. Two-way traffic will be maintained where possible. Every effort will be made by the contractor to maintain driveway access to properties located within the work site.
