Hebron Way Extension Project

To reduce traffic congestion on Torbay Road the City of St. John’s has begun work on a construction project to extend Hebron Way to Major’s Path.

The scope of work includes:

• Extending Hebron Way to Major’s Path
• Connecting Carolyn Drive to Hebron Way (north bound only)
• Roundabout construction at the intersection of Hebron Way and Major’s Path
• Water and sewer infrastructure upgrades
• Sidewalks and multi-purpose trail

Traffic impacts will be minimal at the start of the project, however once the work moves to Major’s Path a traffic advisory will be posted on the City’s website to advise the public.

The City and contractor will make every effort to minimize disruptions and to maintain traffic flow throughout the project, especially during peak rush hour. We ask the public to follow all posted signage in and near the construction zone.
