Kenmount Road Construction Phase Two

Construction work to upgrade storm sewer infrastructure on Kenmount Road will continue this year from Polina Road towards Peet Street. Work is expected to begin in late June and will continue for approximately five months.

The City is currently working with business and property owners located in this section to minimize impact to businesses.

This is the second phase of work required to upgrade the storm sewer along Kenmount Road to the Team Gushue Highway overpass. Phase one was completed in 2018 and included re-alignment of the Kenmount Road and Polina Road intersection.

Traffic on Kenmount Road will be maintained however disruptions and slowdowns are expected. Pedestrian access will be maintained on one side of the road during construction. An advisory will be issued prior to construction starting.
