Nominations Open for Volunteer Award

Nominations for the Building Healthy Communities volunteer recognition awards are open and accepted up to 4 p.m. Friday, March 16. The nomination form is on the City website, and is open to individuals of any age and/or community group in St. John’s.

These awards are presented annually to recognize those who have volunteered their time to support healthier environments, including but not limited to: recreation and leisure opportunities, health promotion and awareness, and community development.

The City of St. John’s values the contributions of all volunteers and the positive impact they have on  enhancing the community by providing residents the opportunity to live healthier lives.
