Operations Stable at Windsor Lake Water Treatment Plant

The City of St. John's advises that operations at Windsor Lake have now stabilized. The City would like to thank residents for their cooperation.

Residents are reminded that the City's Water Conservation Order is in effect year-round and that water should always be used wisely.
