Postponed: Garbage and Recycling Collection, RHB Closed

Due to inclement weather, garbage (area 5A and 5B) and recycling (area 5A) collection has been postponed until Monday, Jan. 14.

If your garbage and recycling bags are at the curb please bring them in and put them back out to the curb before 8 a.m. Monday morning when they will be collected along with areas 1A and 1B. Expect a delay from your regular collection time.

Bags of garbage and recycling left at the curb may blow around in the high winds creating traffic hazards and/or interfere with snow plowing and removal causing unnecessary litter.

Robin Hood Bay Waste Management Facility
The Robin Hood Bay Waste Management Facility is also closed this morning with a further announcement at 10:30 a.m. This includes the landfill, the recycling facility, the residential drop-off, and the household hazardous waste depot.
