Public Engagement: Bike Master Plan; Transit Review Engagement Postponed
Engagement sessions on the Public Transit Review planned for Thursday, Jan. 24. and Friday, Jan. 25 have been postponed; however, sessions on the Bike Master Plan will proceed as scheduled.
The City is hosting four drop-in engagement sessions on the preliminary cycling plan. We are seeking feedback about the draft vision statement; comparing bike route options; comparing surface types; and, comfort levels on different types of bike routes (shared-use-path, painted bike lane, etc.). Information on the Public Transit Review is also available at engagestjohns.ca. A preliminary ‘What we Heard’ document on the first phase of public engagement for the Transit review will be released in the coming weeks. The public engagement sessions will be re-scheduled during the spring.
