Residential Parking Permit Renewal Process
Residential Parking Permit renewals will be processed by phone starting on Monday, July 27. To renew an expired Residential Parking Permit call 311 or 754-CITY (2489) between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. weekdays and follow the prompts for parking permit renewal.
Call during the designated week for your Parking Area; due to the anticipated volume of calls wait times are expected:
| Area 1 | July 27 to 31 |
| Area 2 & 3 | August 4 to 7 |
| Area 9 & 10 | August 10 to 14 |
| All other Areas | August 17 to 21 |
Once payment is processed, the new permit(s) will be mailed.
During July and August residents with expired 2020 parking permits can continue to display expired permits until they receive their new permit. The City will not be issuing tickets to vehicles that are displaying expired Residential Parking Permits provided permits are used in the correct area.
Parking enforcement will begin ticketing in September 2020.
