Toronto-Based Equity Firm Donates $75,000 to CFSA

On behalf of St. John’s City Council and the residents of the capital city, I would like to thank Third Eye Capital, a private equity firm based in Toronto. Representatives of the firm reached out to Council during the recent State of Emergency to offer assistance to the people of the City of St. John’s.  

We were deeply humbled by this showing of support and wish to acknowledge that Third Eye Capital recently donated $75,000 to the Community Food Sharing Association. 
 
With this funding, a total of 500 families of four can receive a much-needed food supply to help them through this unprecedented winter.  

On behalf the Community Food Sharing Association - which is charged with the daunting task of coordinating the distribution of food in our City - City Council and the residents of St. John’s, our deepest gratitude for this generous donation.
