Through my presentation, I hope to give the audience hope and help them lean into their truth and take their hardships head-on, to look for the lesson and turn them into something beautiful. We are NOT our hardships, it is merely just a small piece of our lives.

In her spare time, Gina participates in many sports, has a passion for food and loves the outdoors. Taking care of yourself mentally and physically are the keys to a healthy life and are pillars in Gina's teaching philosophies.



She is a real person, with real-world problems and real-world solutions. Her desire to help, empower and motivate others to achieve their goals, to step into their true, authentic self, to overcome obstacles and most importantly how to be happier and maximize self-care comes naturally and her passion is quite evident in everything she does
