ChillFest Snow Events Cancelled

Due to lack of snow the following snow dependant ChillFest events are cancelled:
- Free Ski & Snowshoe Rentals at Pippy Park, February 15
- Snow Play & Sliding at Bowring Park, February 17
- Free Snowshoe Rentals at Bowring Park, February 18
Victoria Park Community Sliding Time (partner event), February 17 has been postponed due to lack of snow.
