To effectively remove snow from these roads, parked cars must be moved. Owners of vehicles parked on these streets are urged to clean and remove their vehicles as soon as possible. These vehicles can temporarily park on the streets that have been cleared, or overnight in select parking garages

Additional downtown residential streets will be added as snow removal operations progress. This will be communicated through a public advisory on the City website, and the City’s social media feeds. The City appreciates the support and cooperation of vehicle owners in the downtown during this emergency recovery.

NOTE:
We are listing downtown snow removal via public advisory and social media due to on-street parking, and that we require vehicles be moved to accommodate snow removal. Outside of the downtown there is a 24-hour parking ban in place; there are approximately 20 snow blowers operating 24/7 in multiple areas throughout the city and recent snow removal or blowback operations have been focused in school zones, priority 2 and priority 3 (neighborhood/side streets) that have only been cleared once since the storm.
