Motorists are advised to expect construction activities and equipment in the area of Dublin Road between Somerset Place and Sussex Place while crews work to preform upgrades to existing underground utilities. During the period of November 1 to November 30, motorists are advised to expect potential traffic delays and possible short term road closures. Detour signage will be in place to guide traffic around the work zone during road closure conditions.
At all times local and emergency vehicle access will be maintained.
