Starting on Monday, June 4, there will be lane reductions at Elizabeth Avenue and Portugal Cove Road for eastbound and westbound traffic on Elizabeth Avenue. The traffic interruption is to accommodate ongoing construction to replace the water transmission main. Sidewalk and driveway access will be maintained where possible.
