To complete the water transmission main project including final paving on Portugal Cove Road, the road may be reduced at times to one shared lane between Renouf Place and Glenridge Crescent.
Motorists in the area, including the intersections at Elizabeth Avenue and New Cove Road, may experience delays. Flagpersons will be on site to direct traffic.
The City of St. John's apologizes for any inconvenience.
