To facilitate construction work of the 2019 Retaining Wall Rehabilitation Program, motorists and pedestrians are advised that Harvey Road (in the vicinity of "The Kirk") will have a reduction in lane width and a sidewalk closure. Motorists should seek an alternate route and expect delays. Traffic control persons will be on site.
