Due to construction work during phase one of the Water Street Infrastructure Improvement Project, a number of meters are bagged on Water Street and side streets between Waldegrave Street to east of Bishop's Cove.
These metered parking stalls are bagged to accommodate heavy equipment and to maintain traffic flow.
Alternate parking options in the area includes the parking garage at 351 Water, entry and exit on Harbour Drive.
