Motorists are advised that the following temporary road closures will be in effect for the Cape to Cabot race on Sunday, October 15^th, 2017 from 7:45 am to 11:00 am

Blackhead Road – Warford Road to Cape Spear

Southside Road – Blackhead Road to 245 Southside Road

Water Street West – Leslie Street to Harbour Drive

Access to Battery and Signal Hill Area
Local residents may access/leave Battery Road via Quidi Vidi Road
Residents below St. Joseph’s Lane on Signal Hill Road may access Quidi Vidi Road by descending Signal Hill Road.  All other descending traffic to exit via St. Joseph’s Lane. Local residents access to area controlled at Plymouth Road and Quidi Vidi Road.
