Road Construction - September 24 - 28
Contractors may be working on the following arterial and collector streets from September 24th to 28th under the City’s annual streets rehabilitation and infrastructure maintenance programs. Work could include concrete/street excavation, concrete work, paving, heater scarifying, utility adjustment, ditch cleaning and culvert installation. Commuters may experience traffic delays in these areas:

Brookfield Road(Topsail Road to Waterford Bridge Road)
Carpasian Road (Circular Road to Empire Avenue)
Higgins Line (Dublin Road to Ridge Road)
Kenmount Road (at Canadian Tire Gas Bar)
Kenmount Road (at Ramada Inn)
Lemarchant Road (at Cookstown Road)
Newfoundland Drive (at Long Term Care Facility)
Ridge Road (Higgins Line to Furlong Street)
Topsail Road (Outerbridge Street to Cowan Avenue)
Torbay Road (at Dulux Paints)
Torbay Road (Stavanger Drive to Rona)
Viscount Street (at Piper Street intersection)
Waterford Bridge Road (Waterford Lane to Road De Luxe)
Commuters may also experience traffic delays and should be wary of milled asphalt areas due to grind and patch operations on the following streets:
