Residents and motorists are advised of construction work for the Blackmarsh Road realignment at the Captain Whelan Drive and Welland Street intersections. Traffic disruptions with periodic road closusres and lane reductions can be expected throughout the remainder of the work. Localized detours will be in place, as necessary, and Flag Persons will be on site to direct traffic. Motorists should use an alternate route and expect delays.
