An Extension of a Non-conforming Use application has been submitted to build an extension on a Single Family Dwelling located at 287 Southern Shore Highway. The current dwelling has a total floor area of 124.4 m2 with a proposed renovation and extension of 17.9 m2 (14.4 per cent extension).
