Amendment - 47A Heavy Tree Road

The City of St. John's has received an application by Fairview Investments Limited to rezone 47A Heavy Tree Road to the Residential Medium Density (R2) Zone. The purpose of the rezoning is to develop 32 semi-detached dwellings as part of Stage 4 of the Diamond Marsh Subdivision.
