Appeal Board: 10 George's Pond Place

An appeal against a decision of the Department of Planning, Engineering, and Regulatory Services to reject an application for proposed development of a vehicle impound lot and building at 10 George's Pond Place, as being contrary to Section 5.1.3 of the St. John’s Development Regulations will take place 12:15 p.m., Wednesday, April 18, 2018 in Conference Room A, fourth floor, City Hall.

Any person whose property/properties are affected by this appeal has the right to be heard and to give evidence thereon. Persons wishing to attend and give evidence are requested to notify the City Clerk by one of the following means:
