Please be advised that the Appeal Board Hearing scheduled for Friday, June 8, 2018 with respect to an appeal against a decision of Council to approve an application for the demolition/rebuild of a fishing stage at 52, 57 and 59 Barrows Road is now postponed. Should the appeal be rescheduled, it will be posted on the City’s website.

An appeal against a decision of the Department of Planning, Engineering, and Regulatory Services to approve an application for the demolition/rebuild of a fishing stage as being contrary to Section 10.29.1 of the City of St. John’s Development Regulations will take place 12:15 p.m., Friday, June 8, 2018 in Conference Room A, fourth floor, City Hall.

Any person whose property/properties are affected by this appeal has the right to be heard and to give evidence thereon. Persons wishing to attend and give evidence are requested to notify the City Clerk by one of the following means:
