Appeal Board Hearing - 118 University Avenue

An appeal against a decision of the Department of Planning, Engineering, and Regulatory Services to reject an application for proposed subdivision of a lot at 118 University Avenue, as being contrary to the Restrictive Covenant which was put in place on the date of ownership, will take place 12:15 pm, Thursday, August 2, 2018 in Conference Room A - fourth floor, City Hall.

Any person whose property/properties are affected by this appeal has the right to be heard and to give evidence thereon and are requested to notify the City Clerk by one of the following means:
