An appeal against a decision of the Department of Planning, Engineering and Regulatory Services to reject an application for the subdivision of a lot at 8-16 Heffernan's Place will take place 12:15 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2018 in Conference Room A - fourth floor, City Hall.
