A change of Non-Conforming Use Application has been submitted by Gaze Seed requesting permission to change the occupancy of 1 Campbell Avenue to Retail Use for the purpose of selling seeds, bagged soils, garden tools, etc.
 

Hours of operation will be seven days a week from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. The retail portion of the building will occupy 139 m2 of floor area, and the remaining 139 m2 of floor area will be used for office and storage use. The business will employ 4-6 employees. On-site parking is provided.
