A Discretionary Use application has been submitted requesting permission to occupy a portion of 10 McLoughlan Street as a Home Occupation for the preparation of baked goods.
 
The business will occupy a floor area of 14.5 m2 and will offer a variety of cookies, cakes and muffins. All items will be sold off site, with no customers visiting the site. The business will operate seven days a week 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
