Public Meeting - 100 Churchill Avenue

The City of St. John's has received an application from 79963 NL & Labrador Inc., Kirby Group of Companies, to rezone 100 Churchill Avenue to the Apartment Medium Density (A2) Zone for the purpose of developing a Personal Care Home. To accommodate the proposed development, a Text Amendment to the A2 Zone is also required, adding Personal Care Home as a Permitted Use and Complementary Uses to a Personal Care Home as a Discretionary Use.

The Public Meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 16, 2018, at 7 p.m., Foran/Greene Room, fourth floor, City Hall. Any person wishing to make a submission on this application prior to the public meeting must provide a signed written statement to Office of the City Clerk either by mail: P.O. Written submissions received will become a matter of public record.  The Public Meeting will be chaired by a member of Council.
