The proposed business will occupy a floor area of approximately 12m2 (kitchen area) and will operate Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The business involves baking with domestic cooking equipment. No on-site sales, delivery only in a non-commercial vehicle approximately twice per week. One on-site parking space is provided for the business. The applicant is the sole employee.
