Application - 15 Hercules Place
A Discretionary Use application has been submitted requesting permission occupy a potion of 15 Hercules Place as a Home Occupation to operate a parcel shipping business.
The proposed business involves collecting parcels and preparing them for international shipping. Parcels will be collected by pick-up or drop-off each Tuesday between the hours of noon-7 p.m. This will be by appointment only. Parcels will be picked up by courier on Wednesday afternoon. The office and storage area will occupy a floor area of approximately 40 m2, with the applicant being the sole employee. Two on-site parking spaces will be provided.
