Application - 160 Patrick Street

A Discretionary Use (Restoration of Non-Conforming Use) application has been submitted to rebuild the townhouse dwelling at 160 Patrick Street. The proposed dwelling will be rebuilt on the same footprint as the previous dwelling and will continue to contain two dwelling units.
