A Discretionary Use (Restoration of Non-Conforming Use) application has been submitted to rebuild the townhouse dwelling at 160 Patrick Street. The proposed dwelling will be rebuilt 50 per cent larger than the previous dwelling for a total floor area of 450m2, and will again contain two Dwelling Units.
