Application - 2 Stead Place
A Discretionary Use application has been submitted requesting an expansion to the Discovery Days Children’s Day Care Centre at 2 Stead Place. The proposed expansion will include both unused existing space in the building, as well as an extension to the building itself.
The existing day care centre occupies a floor area of 138.2m2. An additional 80.4m2 of day care space is proposed including a 3.53m x 12.38m (43.7m2) extension to the rear of the building plus a 36.7m2 expansion into unused space within the building, for a total daycare floor area of 219m2. On-site parking is available.
