An application has been submitted for a Semi-detached Dwelling development (two houses).
 
Description
The rezoning of property from a Residential – Special (RA) Zone to the Residential High Density (R3) Zone is required in order to consider a Semi-detached Dwelling development at this location. Semi-detached Dwellings are a Permitted Use within the R3 Zone. The proposed development would require a reconfiguration of 22 Shaw Street and part of the rear yard of 67 Warbury Street. A Municipal Plan amendment is not required.
